Our family has known Jason and his lovely wife for many years. Whenever we have an appliance issue Jason always comes to mind! He is very professional, kind and willing to solve your problem as much to his appliance repair ability.

Sometimes yes it may not be what the customer wants to hear but I'd rather have someone who is honest and trustworthy like Jason than to have another appliance repair person who is dishonest and is only in it for the money. Believe me, we've had MUCH WORSE!

I called Solution Appliance and got in touch with Jason Smith. I must say “What a Service”! Jason was not only prompt but very professional from the time he answered the phone to when I first met him.

I was referred to Jason by another local appliance repair company as they were not familiar with the specific problem my appliances were having. I needed both my stove and fridge looked it - Jason was on time, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable.

The stove was fixed in under thirty minutes at a very fair price and the fridge was diagnosed a dud with photographic evidence to go with it. Jason also took the time to measure the area that the fridge occupied for when I would have to replace it.

Fast appliance repair service here in New Westminster, very experienced service repairman, Jason, was able to fix the dishwasher and replace my garburator with a new one. I had Jason do some repair work to a stove that stopped working in a unit I rent. The service was quick and easy. 2 appointments were made, one to diagnose the problem and a 2nd to come to install the part that needed to be ordered in.

They were very helpful on the phone, did the repair when they said they would, turned up on time, took great care of our place by wearing booties over their shoes and also putting mats down to protect our floors. Jason who repaired my washing machine was great. As a Richmond pest exterminator, I'm glad I get to start washing my work clothes at home again. Definitely would use them again.

We've been having some problems with our fridge in our Burnaby rodent control office amid the heat wave in BC. It's very important for my crew to stay cool & hydrated with cold drinks, especially during the summer. So I called Solution Appliance right away and they knew exactly what to do with it.
