If we can’t provide a diagnosis over the phone, we will visit the customer’s home or store and offer a quote for the repair work. Our quote equals the fee plus the service call fee, which depends on the amount of time we spend on the call.

Once we’ve identified what the problem with the appliance is, the next step in our process is fixing that problem. Sometimes the repair can be completed without the need for replacements parts. But if parts are needed, we will provide them.

Then we start carrying out quality checks. These will establish, first of all, that the problem has been fixed and, secondly, that our repair will last. The checks are vital because we want to be confident that the work we have done provides durability for our customers.

The final part of our process issuing a bill for our services alongside a 90-day warranty for our repair work. If the appliance breaks down again after we have fixed it, we will - within 90 days - come back free of charge and carry out new repairs.
